Based right here in Tyler—the Rose Capital—we've been serving up real soul food that folks return for again and again. This place is absolutely delicious! Food was hot, seasoned to perfection and the veg on the burger was fresh and crisp. I got the double mixsup plate with a burger and Philly fries… I will DEFINITELY be returning soon. This place deserves all the praise! Jalissa at the front who took my order was very friendly, and the guy cooking made everything look and taste great. I don’t review often but this place deserves it. I don’t have a photo unfortunately because the food lasted all of a bout 2 minutes before I scarfed it all down. Thank you!

This restaurant brought the foods, the vibes, and the sense of community everyone wishes they could experience. The owner was AWESOME and super hospitable i loved every second of coming to this place. The philly was the star of the show, the flavor was something else i can’t even describe, you have to check this place out if in the area.

We walked in to very friendly staff! We were able to sample the mashed potatoes, macaroni, and the key lime cake, all of which were amazing! I got the battered chicken breast sandwich dipped in hot honey sauce with a side of macaroni, both were delicious and seasoned to perfection. My mother got the single burger and mashed potatoes, both of which were also seasoned well and very fresh! As another little treat we got some fried green tomatoes that were so succulent and crispy! I would highly recommend the key lime cake it was the perfect balance between citrus and sweetness.
